参展须知 Notice

1 、参展申请 Application

接受参展企业书面申请，参展申请表经签字和盖章后生效。参展申请表用正楷填写，并提交参展企业的产品目录、企业法人营业执照及商标（品牌）注册证复印件。

Exhibitor must fill the application form and submit list of your exhibitive products, copies of Business License and Registration Certificate. The form is valid with signature and stamp.

2 、参展企业资格审定 Qualification and Approval

1) 参展企业为独立法人单位； The exhibitor must be an independent corporation.

2) 只接受纺织服装产业上下游企业报名参展； Only upstream and downstream companies of textile and apparel industry are accepted.

3) 参展企业展出的产品和品牌应与申请表中所填内容一致。 The exhibits and brands must be consistent with the application form.

3 、参展确认 Application Confirmation

收到参展申请表及相关资料后，对申请企业的参展资格及参展申请表进行审核，报名工作截止后，组委会以书面形式（展位确认书）确认企业展位位置、展位号、面积、金额和支付日期，并通知参展企业在 7 个工作日之内，支付全部展位费用，收到款后，为参展企业邮寄《参展商服务手册》。

After receiving company's application, organization committee will check its qualification as well as the application form. When registration finished the committee will confirm the position, booth number, areas, and payment by written notice. The exhibitor is requested to finish the payment within 7days. Then the committee will deliver service manual to the exhibitor.
